Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Belair website or scheduling our HVAC services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Belair provides residential and commercial HVAC services including repair, installation, maintenance, and related services in Central Florida. All services are subject to availability and our technicians' professional assessment.

Appointments and Cancellations

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Emergency service calls are subject to separate terms and availability. We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe conditions.

Pricing and Payment

All pricing is provided upfront before any work begins. Diagnostic fees may apply. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Financing is available for qualifying customers.

Warranty

We provide a satisfaction guarantee on all labor. Parts and equipment warranties are governed by the respective manufacturer's terms. Maintenance plan agreements have their own warranty terms outlined in the plan documentation.

Limitation of Liability

Belair's liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
